What we played was Twenty-one aka Blackjack. Blackjack is the most widely played casino banking game in the world. But we vaguely remember of the correct rule, we played it based on our temporary rule. Because we draw up a set of rules that loser must pay all the expenses of the table, each one of us played with earnest eyes.
Please do not ask me who lost the game.
It's a violent story that students belong to Otokojuku, a cram school, fight against the evil enemies with various struggle tactics. Simply, they are not students, but fighters.
The day before yesterday, I found the DVD of the live-action version of that comic. Once I found it, I didn't have any choice but to check out it.
I can tell you that it's not an interesting movie for the person who don't know the original piece. But it's some kind of funny stuff for me.
check it out if you know the comic!!
I experienced as real and I got the creeps when I awoke from a nap. In the dream, I was in Brooklyn New York. I'm not sure how I came up with the name of the place, because I've never been there. But it was.
At a record shop, I was surrounded by five skinheads African Americans and asked "Do you know what does LL of LL Cool J stands for?"
I said "Yea, LL Cool J stands for Ladies Love Cool James, right?"
The biggest guy said "Fa shizzle?"
I said "Yea, I'm sure gizzle!" like Snoop on the TV show Doggy Fizzle Televizzle.
Because I've pretty much listened hip-hop music twenty-four seven since I was a kid, I'm well found in that area.
As soon as I answered, he got angry for no apparent reason and I was severely-beaten on the street in front of the record shop.
I awoke to find myself on a bed in my room.
I know that the meaning of the dream is absolute nonsense normally, like in this case.
As usual, I turned my machine on, and double-clicked iTunes icon. The play mode has been set as a shuffle mode.
When I pressed a start button, a familiar sound was played.
It was "Mama Said Knock You Out" by LL Cool J.
someone analyze my dream!
My puffer often tries to eat a snail which is bigger than him.
Here we go again!
He has many failures but he sticks with his goal.
Return to #1
My wife tends to drive a car rather than take a train. I think it's eco-friendly if she takes public transportation but it is a completely remote possibility that will ever happen. Be that as it may, it became that we have a schedule conflict about using our car. Yes, we have only one car, because I don't drive on a weekday. But in the weekend, I often need it. At least I need another vehicle or something.
So I bought a bicycle instead of getting a new car or a new motorcycle. I've been putting on weight through lack of exercise since I got an aquarium, it's about time to do exercise again. It'll be a eco-friendly vehicle and a good stuff for my health. That'd explain a lot.
Here a cool cube with magnets named NeoCube.
I'd like this, please! :-)
I would say your wife is in our prayers.
God Bless You and take care.
From your friend
Watched this at home w/ my wife. I must admit that I was very disappointed in the movie. I absolutely loved Knocked up, but this one was not so good. It's a fun movie, but that's it. I don't think I'd like to watch this again.
This movie is directed by David Frankel who directed The Devil Wears Prada. So I thought this one must be good as well as the The Devil Wears Prada.
As you know, I'm not a vegetarian, but I've been interested in Macrobiotic. Yea, I would agree with this kind of lifestyle that seeks to exclude the use of animals for food, I had not tried it as yet. The other day, I had a chance to give it a try. There is a vegan style cafe named VEGAN PEACE HEARTS CAFE nearby our headquarters in Ogikubo. I went there with my friends after work and all three of us were so happy to be there.
For a starter, I ordered a fried something. It looked like fried chicken. In fact it was made from soy (it's called soy-meat) but it tasted good like real chicken. If I didn't know I was in a vegan style cafe, I just felt that it was real fried chicken. My friend ordered a hamburger steak and gave me a taste of that. It was so good as well as fried soy. And the other friend ordered a vegetable organic curry. I did not taste it, but I know it was great because he said "Wow, it's very hot…but I like this taste." However he is not good at hot foods.
I mentioned all about foods, but not only foods but also drinks and cakes were very good as well. I'd like to go there again when I work at our headquarters.
For your information, here is a link for the VEGAN PEACE HEARTS CAFE.
Ah, I forgot to write about this. If you are fond of the drink, you can drink here.
This time, an event titled "Open Day 2008 Tokyo" related to the Microsoft MVP program was held at BELLESALE KUDAN . At the elevator hall, I found an aquarium which have some aquarium plants and neon tetras. After having a look at the tank, I felt good. Water cures all things.
Here is the photo.
By the way, at the Open Day, I have a meaningful experience. And there, I could meet many old friends and got new friends as well. Not sure if I'll be able to attend to the Global Summit as yet, hope meet them at the Redmond campus again.
